ISIS Threatens Barack Obama With Beheading in Gruesome New Video

The Islamic State has released a new propaganda video in retaliation for the Delta Force-Kurdish raid in northern Iraq last week which claimed the life of American Master Sgt. Joshua Wheeler.
The 15-minute clip shows an ISIS militant beheading four Kurdish Peshmerga fighters and issuing this warning to President Barack Obama:
