State Dept. just Now Uncovers 1,300 Emails from Slain Libyan Amb. Chris Stevens

How does the “most transparent administration in history” only suddenly uncover 1,300 emails from deceased Libyan Amb. Chris Stevens?
From Breitbart:
243 security incidents took place in Libya in the year before Amb. Stevens was murdered in cold blood.
His cries for help went unnoticed by the Hillary Clinton-led State Department, which places his blood directly on her hands.
Clinton is slated to testify before the Benghazi committee on Thursday the 22nd, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see her poll numbers continue to decline following the hearing.
More than likely, Hillary will walk out of the building with her head held high, truly believing that she played by the rules.
But, as Hills herself would say: what difference, at this point, does it make?

Just two days before Hillary Clinton’s testimony to the House Benghazi Committee, the State Department presented lawmakers with a huge trove of Ambassador Chris Stevens’ emails:
Yesterday, Fox News obtained one of Stevens’ cables from July 2012, and found him pleading for decent security protection… a plea that fell on deaf ears in Hillary Clinton’s department.
